Breakthrough Fast | Day 9
Scripture: “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God… will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6–7
Mental health is a real and important part of our walk with God. Anxiety, depression, and overwhelm are not signs of weakness, nor do they mean you lack faith. God sees you fully, and He cares deeply about your mind just as much as He cares about your spirit.
This fast invites us to bring our mental and emotional well-being before the Lord and trust Him for breakthrough. Sometimes breakthrough looks like prayer and rest. Sometimes it looks like setting healthy boundaries or seeking wise counsel. Whatever the need, God is present and ready to supply peace that goes beyond understanding.
You were never meant to carry everything alone. God invites you to cast every anxious thought on Him. As you surrender your worries, He guards your heart and renews your mind. Peace is not just possible, it is your portion.

Closing Prayer:
Lord, thank You for caring about our mental and emotional health. We give You every anxious thought and receive Your peace today. Renew our minds and strengthen us to walk in wholeness. Amen.
